 What you’ll be doing:

·    Engage customer through phone, video, and/or digital tools to drive incremental sales growth and customer retention 

·    Leverage various internal partners to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to Category Sales Specialists, Sales Operations and Customer Service Teams 

·    Influences on the spot pricing decisions to cultivate a seamless customer experience 

·    Grow/win back revenue by consistently meeting high velocity activity goals outbound dials, sell time, and live contacts, and opportunities created

·    Manage sales funnel to close opportunities 

·    Drive sales and margin growth through outbound sales activities 

·    Drive customer engagement through proactive customer engagements 

·    Responsible for identifying and winning opportunities through funnel process leading to hitting reactivation targets 

·    Integrates feedback from customers into their sales approach

·    Works to provide Staples solutions and value to customer challenges and situations. 

·    Provides critical feedback from customers to leadership and support teams. 

·    Price negotiations 

·    Proactive customer facing communication both written and over the phone. 

 What you bring to the table:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

·    High School Diploma or GED

·    0-2 years account management or related experience

·    1+ year experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint  

·    Ability to work on-site at least 3 days / week

 What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

·    Bachelor’s degree preferred 

·    1+ years account management experience preferred
