What You Can Expect

As a Market Risk Intern in Houston, you will support the trading operation in managing the market risk through various reporting and analytical duties and projects, including, but not limited to, supporting Value at Risk (VaR), Expected Shortfall (ES), Delta limit monitoring, Stress Test, and explaining Market to Market (MtM).

What You'll Bring

  • Undergraduate in which you completed courses in Finance, Economics, or any related field or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
  • Must possess a 3.5 GPA or higher and be able to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to think analytically, present ideas professionally, and work in project teams

Additional Details

  • The internship work term will be from May 2024 to August 2024, full-time work schedule working 40 hours per week
  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be willing and able to comply with ENGIE's policy with respect to COVID vaccination and testing
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation

Salary Range: $21.00 - $34.00 USD hourly
