As the Custom Product Development & Seeding Operations Lead, you will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to create custom Beats products to drive brand engagement and earned media through strategic seeding initiatives across Beats. You will also be responsible for analyzing the performance and value of our custom product activations. You will be part of the Product Marketing Team and work closely with the brand, and talent teams to demonstrate and activate sport focused customs, ensure seeding and delivery execution, and analyze the results.

Key Qualifications

  • Native proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages preferred), facilitating seamless communication in diverse cultural contexts
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating directly with European/Latin American & other international talent, showcasing cultural fluency and sensitivity
  • International experience, having worked across multiple countries within leading cultural brands
  • Proven track record of implementing successful earned media tactics, driving brand visibility and engagement
  • Experience working in the consumer electronics industry, showcasing an awareness of the competitive landscape and consumer preferences
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, fostering meaningful connections and partnerships to drive success


Description

- Gather insights and collaborate closely with the Custom Product team, driving the development and activation of products that resonate with talent globally - Provide support to the Custom Product team in design, seeding and strategy across diverse product categories to ensure talent engagement - Champion Beats products through partnership with internal relationship holders, external talent, key collaborators, relevant partners and organizations across the globe - Partner with Brand and Talent leads to create seeding plans and ensure strategic alignment and effective execution to increase earned media performance - Efficiently manage seeding inventory, operations & logistics - Gather analytics from seeding initiatives and provide insights which improve seeding strategy - Partner with internal analytics team and external agencies to track and evaluate seeding performance, delivering comprehensive reports to internal partners and leadership to inform future activations

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134,400.00 and $250,700.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
