Job Description

  • Support internal communications for Client Care, collaborating with senior management to formulate and execute an internal communication strategy.
  • Manage the Client Care SharePoint site, 'The HIVE', by sourcing content, crafting compelling stories, and integrating corporate messaging.
  • Assist in the organization and support of key meetings, such as employee and management town halls. This includes developing presentations, notifying participants, coordinating logistics, and scheduling guest speakers.
  • Develop diverse editorial content, including written, audio, and visual materials, for distribution on internal communication platforms.
  • Independently manage special projects across the Client Care organization.
  • Develop, implement, and manage additional internal communication programs as required.
  • Collaborate on and support Employee Engagement activities, including material preparation, coordination, and distribution of gifts or meals for events like Customer Service Week, Black History Month, and Holiday Party.
  • Validate Quarterly Recognition Program and develop other incentive programs as needed.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 5+ years of experience in a Marketing/Communications or Employee Engagement role.
  • A self-motivated individual who possesses a strong desire to achieve results, takes ownership and accountability, and has a spirit to succeed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proven track record of success in a high-performing environment, with experience in collaborating effectively in a matrixed culture.
  • Experience in serving as the key communications driver, aligning to a shared set of priorities.
  • Proven background in creating impactful and engaging content for diverse audiences across various formats.
  • Ability to influence and facilitate groups with diverse perspectives, driving teams to consensus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
  • An innovative thinker with a view on leveraging new media technologies for organizational benefit.
  • Tactical and strategic thinker with a track record of translating insights into action plans and results.
  • Extensive experience in writing, editing, and communications.
  • Experience in managing global and/or multi-location programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • A sense of creativity, empathy, energy, and team spirit is imperative.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 106,700.00 to 154,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
