Overview









Verathon is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to become the newest member of our Commercial Operations Team located in Bothell, WA. This is a site-based role, working 3 days a week in the office (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday).

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for ensuring efficient, effective utilization of the (SFDC) platform for all users across Verathon. They will capture user requirements and translate them into actionable specifications and solutions, employ agile development work methodology along with the desire to deliver solid solutions in a timely manner and analyze SFDC configuration and make recommendations on best practices and process improvements. The SFDC Administrator will work with end users, technical resources, and project teams to integrate SFDC with our custom developed systems and other 3rd party applications.















Responsibilities









* Act as the primary point of frequent daily contact for SFDC users

* Provide high quality support via both telephone and email

* Facilitate meetings as needed for the team

* Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly troubleshoot and fix production issues

* Develop and publish reports and metrics as required

* Understand the goals of our organization and help develop, maintain, and document a clear vision for the use of the application

* Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards

* Create and maintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, price books and approval workflows

* Manage mass imports and exports of data to ensure data quality including implementation and maintenance of native de-duping functions

* Help manage custom data integrations with various internal data sources including order processing, invoicing, and credit management

* Administer configuration, customization, data management, campaign management, and support for AppExchange applications, support for custom integrations, business analysis, and documentation

* Create training materials and user documentation using MS Word, PowerPoint, and other tools

* Maintain such documentation as business needs evolve

* Train users on enhancements, new functionality and conduct new user training in formal "classroom" environment, via video conferencing or by other means

* Use marketing automation expertise to improve how the Verathon Pardot implementation works with

* Serve as primary point of contact for maintenance and improvement of the Pardot/ interface

* Establish best practices regarding system maintenance and improvements, configuration development, testing, data integrity, backups, etc.

* Conduct Test and QA of enhancements/changes using sandbox and/or coordinate the testing with the Verathon IT Team

* Maintain Salesforce certifications

* Serve as lead administrator for creating and building major system enhancements including multi-object processes and new features

* Design and build custom objects

* Stay current with new release documentation, recommend targeted functionality implementations to further enable the Sales organization using

* Proactively gather feedback and requirements from users, seek out and identify needed system changes















Qualifications









* BA/BS in Computer Science, Business or similar degree or equivalent experience

* Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience administering SFDC (in a 200+ user environment with multiple departments working in the system)

* Certified Administrator; Sr. Admin or other SDFC Certifications is preferred

* Experience with Marketing Automation tools (i.e Pardot) preferred

* Experience evaluating and implementing/optimizing CPQ tools preferred

* Experience supporting an international user base is preferred

* Preference for fluency in multiple languages including English, French, German or Dutch

* Advanced Excel skills, especially VLOOKUP and pivot tables, are required

* Ability to work independently and be proactive

* Excellent inter-personal and communication skills

* Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to make trade-offs

* Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, manage changing priorities and workload

* Excellent team player that can work with virtual and global cross functional teams

* Understand the big picture, the logic and intent behind processes, business-process oriented thinker, detail-oriented as well as high-level understanding of our processes and the reason behind them

Salary range - $78,246 - $101,036 (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).

Full-time non-sales employees are eligible for Verathon's annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
