Overview

This role is onsite in our Herndon, VA office 3 days per week and work from home the other 2 days per week.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will support and manage the administrative responsibilities and reporting for the Sales Operations Team including funding requests, sales relationship processes and expense management.

YOUR IMPACT


The essential functions of this position include:

  • Manage the day-to-day processing for the Marketing Development Funding (MDF) requests; print out new requests and provide all documents to appropriate management for approval
  • Update and maintain MDF tracking documents
  • Request Prior Approvals within each Partner's portal and process claims for funding
  • Manage approval and status communication updates to MDF requestors
  • Participate in quarterly audits and quarterly close events with Accounting
  • Manage sales relationship and sales entity processes in internal application and systems; execute both scheduled and ad hoc reports
  • Manage and maintain leads received from Marketing & Partner lists
  • Support other administrative duties, such as phone and email support, travel arrangements, and expense filing
  • Assist with day-to-day functions and reporting in ePlus' Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Assist with ROI reporting for events
  • Support field inquiries, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • Previous sales operations experience is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and follow-up independently on a wide-range of issues
  • Working knowledge of computers and equipment
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills
  • Adept in the use of Microsoft office suite

POSITION SPECIFICS


The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $21.63 and $31.25 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
