Berkheimer Tax Innovations, a successful Pennsylvania tax collection and administration company, is seeking an adaptable and motivated individual to join our Bangor, PA team, part-time, as an Administrative Assistant!


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Greet visitors and guide them to the appropriate person or area as needed.
  • Order and stock all supplies for the building.
  • Open and sort incoming mail, accept deliveries, prepare priority shipments and send interoffice mail.
  • Assist management with a variety of tasks, such as filling out forms, writing letters, creating messages, contacting vendors, coordinating meetings or events and assisting with calls to and from clients.
  • Work with management to determine priorities, workflows, schedules, deadlines, and goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities, as needed

SCHEDULE + LOCATION:

  • Start Date: June 10th or sooner
  • Part-time: 25 hours per week; 9:00am-2:00pm
  • No weekends!
  • On-site in our Bangor, PA office

Requirements:
  • Basic Microsoft Windows Operating System Knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software; and database software knowledge
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 6 months – 1 year related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.


Compensation details: 14-17 Hourly Wage
