Description

Apple's Global Benefits Infrastructure team is seeking a highly collaborative, driven, and passionate Benefits Coordinator. This individual will be a key team member responsible for project management, benefits implementation, benefits infrastructure support Implementation work: * Coordinate all tasks across the EMEIA Benefits Team, Global Benefits Program Implementation Team, and the Global Benefits Infrastructure Team as well as cross functional partner teams * Collect and maintain Intellectual Capital and act as resource in crafting templates for team deliverables. * Support for crafting any deliverables and reporting as needed * Lead and coordinate on country expansion work as Apple continues to grow into new countries globally Benefits Infrastructure work: * Serve as an SME for Apple's SupplierConnect program and support onboarding new vendors * Directly responsible for benefits support related to Apple streaming services and all related entities * Global coordinator for supervising all projects and expenses related to our largest suppliers for consulting support * Independently launch and day-to-day lead small projects with efficient direction * Consolidate and share data reporting to internal and external groups for surveys and benchmarking comparisons * Own day to day vendor management responsibilities * Draft keynotes, and pull together data/information on complex topics like Workday hypercare and process re-engineering with Apple's Compensation Services teams, Procurement, and Corporate FP&A Project Management: * Proactive project management * Set up and coordinate WRIKE or other project management tools for the Benefits Implementation/Infrastructure Teams * Independently tracking and following up on open questions and tasks * Ensure the right filing structure and documentation support for all Benefits Implementation/Infrastructure work

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $105,200.00 and $158,100.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
