Our client, a medical device company, is seeking a Laboratory Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Laboratory Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Toxicology Department supporting the Laboratory.

Job Title:  Laboratory Administrative Assistant

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Pay Range: $23 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Enter analytical test data received from Tech I’s and Tech II’s into the lab database.
• Collect and compile data for review by Certifying Scientist(s).
• Accurately document and record information for the Scientists to review and confirm.
• Assist with other administrative and organizational tasks as needed.
• Refill solvents on LC instruments.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to accurately type >40 wpm.
• Working knowledge of current technologies and platforms.
• AA degree in a scientific or business-related discipline (preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of tools, particularly Excel and Outlook (preferred).
