Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Freehold, NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 annually with a year-end bonus

Position Overview: Searching for a Bookkeeper/AP Specialist with experience The role involves managing financial records and accounts payable with an understanding of specific financial practices within the industry
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and invoicing
Maintain accurate financial records including insurance orders vehicle maintenance and leasing agreements
Work with external accountants and manage transactions with corporate executives
Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Key Requirements:
Experience in bookkeeping with a focus on accounts payable
Familiarity with AIA billing and construction industry financial practices
Capability to work with senior management and report to the VP and president
Offer: Competitive salary of $75,000 - $80,000 annually with a year-end bonus
