As an Insurance Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, creating a positive and professional impression of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Warmly welcoming clients and visitors to our office.

- Managing phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members.

- Assisting clients with inquiries and providing basic information about insurance policies.

- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.

- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

- Supporting administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Exceptional customer service attitude and a friendly demeanor.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment.

- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory.
