Pay Rate: $22-$23 per hour (DOE)
Shift: Sunday - Thursday (Training will be Monday - Friday)
In this role, you'll assist in processing inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely clearance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Securing necessary documentation and completing paperwork for shipments
- Processing documents through the appropriate systems
- Arranging transportation and confirming bookings
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Following up with carriers and maintaining communication records
- Assisting in coordinating release to carriers and customers
