Job Summary:

Reporting directly to Office Manager. The Parts & Service Coordinator performs all aspects of the

incoming orders for parts associated with batteries, chargers and accessories. Maintains parts for batteries and charger stock levels, ensuring product is available to fill immediate orders. Ensures accurate specifications of the parts, based on customer requests and inquiries. Follow up on order discrepancies, identify errors and resolve before processing.


Preforms a variety of administrative functions that are not limited to answering phones, making copies, scanning information, filing and shipping orders via UPS. The Parts & Service Coordinator will also work on warranty claims, processing and have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion.


The Parts & Service Coordinator must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential


Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchase orders accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and cost savings.
  • Maintain pricing levels and verify price accuracy.
  • Provide quotes to lift dealers and assist sales personnel.
  • Process warranty claims.
  • Manage filing systems.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
  • Complete various administrative tasks.
  • Screen and direct phone calls.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters promptly.
  • Ensure departmental deadlines are met.
  • Research claims or issues as needed.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties as assigned by Management.
  • Cover absences or balance workload in other functional areas.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media platforms.
  • Experience with MAS 100 Accounting Software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with proper follow-through.
  • Valid driver's license may be required depending on assignment.


Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Occasional walking, sitting, reaching, balancing, stooping, talking, or hearing.
  • Occasional lifting/moving up to 30 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required.
  • Climate-controlled office environment with minimal safety hazards.
  • Occasional exposure to dust, fumes, and hazardous materials in the warehouse.
