Introduction to the job

Coordinate order process with other companies in different countries such as sales order generation, purchase request submission as required, sales order material picking, supplier sales order, Return Merchandise Authorization/Return To Vendor process etc.

Coordinate with PLM team on inter-company order status such as: product availability, product delivery estimates, RMA/RTV processes and shipping processes

Request/find harmonized system/harmonized tariff schedule codes, export control classification number and country of origin from procurement, classification team and then upload materials and provide to shipping department.

Provide all intercompany shipping documents (including drop shipments) and provide weekly intercompany purchase order/sales order balance reports.

Coordinate return/replacement/repair process for defective product RMA (material notification) with D&E, PLM, procurement, intercompany.

Role and responsibilities

Coordinate order process with intercompany in different countries, such as generating sales order, submitting purchase order for intercompany, sales order material picking, supplier sales orders, RMA/RTV process, etc.

Coordinate intercompany order status, product ETA, RMA/RTV and shipping processes with the PLM team

Request/find HS/HTS code, ECCN # and CoO, then upload data and provide to shipping department.

Provides all intercompany shipping documents (including drop shipments) and provides weekly intercompany PO/SO balance reports.

Coordinate return/replacement/repair process for defective products RMA (MN) with D&E, PLM, Procurement, Intercompany and supplier.

Education and experience

Associate degree with 3 years working experience; or

Bachelor degree with 1 year working experience

Working experience in administrative role, import/export or logistics support preferred

Understand the shipping incoterm terms and regulations.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word etc.)

Ability to analyze and streamline business processes.

Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.

At least one year of hands on administrative, import/export or logistics support experience.

Good collaboration, teamwork, self-motivation, problem-solving skill and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working under time pressure with flexibility and adaptability mindset

Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience driving cross-departmental needs (D&E, PLM, and SI), being proactive and understanding their needs ahead of time.

Ability to train others with new and existing departments (D&E, PLM, SI and 3PL) and receive training on new processes, etc.

Cross-functional experience in large organizations, multinational, fast-paced industries.

Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, 3PLUs a plus.

The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently $28.85-$48.08. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
