Hiring Range: $25.35 - $28.73
    

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting customers at the Town Hall front desk, opening Town Hall; in addition to performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks and projects.

Position Requirements     

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Cash handling experience.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Valid Colorado Driver's License at time of employment.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Accounting experience in the areas of accounts receivable, cash receipting, and spreadsheets.
• Two years of college education.
• Two years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Notary Public license.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
