Service Receptionist/Cashier (looking for FT and/or PT candidates)

In this role, you will provide customer service to all customers coming in for servicing purposes. You will work hand in hand with other members of the service department to uphold the standards Competition BMW is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to service staff through the general office and administrative tasks.
• Manage payment processing at the point of sale and e-payment system.
• Basic cash handling and making change.
• Assist customers and follow up on general inquiries via phone, messaging, and email.
• Projects and tasks as assigned by service management.
• Move customer vehicles when necessary
• Previous experience at a dealership is preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to the service team and management
• Professional personal appearance

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in an automotive service setting.
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in handling cash transactions and basic accounting procedures.
• Familiarity with computerized point-of-sale systems.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  

We are looking to fulfill full-time and part-time positions, and Saturdays are a must.

Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage
