Epson, a $10B global leader in high-quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point of sale printing devices, is seeking an exceptional Customs Coordinator to join our Customs team. You will be responsible for preparing documents and entry document files for Customs Clearance, as well as facilitating and distributing import documentation from Epson's global locations with the purpose of preparing clearances with U.S. Customs.Join a high-energy team with a strong manager coach that will support you to flourish and succeed! This position will be based out of our Los Alamitos, CA office with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule. At Epson, our hybrid schedule is only 6 days per month.

Principal Accountabilities

In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensures all imported documents related to inbound international shipments via ocean and air are printed, sorted and distributed accordingly
• Creates and organizes files to ensure timely clearances with U.S Customs
• Coordinates and communicates with Epson's factories and Headquarters in Japan to request import documentation when needed
• Creates manual inbound deliveries within SAP when required
• Prepares Custom Entry files for mandatory storage with outside service provider
• Provides administrative support to Import and Export team

What You Will Bring

• Requires some specialist or admin experience (2-5years)
• Familiarity inlogistics and international shipments

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $52,016.64 and $78,747. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
