The Admissions Coordinator plays a crucial role in attracting and enrolling qualified students. This position will contribute to various projects, including but not limited to the reviewing of student applications and entering the applications into the database; tracking course statistics and enrollments; following up on delinquent application materials; providing customer service to students and parents over the phone and by email; and assisting in recruiting and outreach to schools. They will also contribute to the review and posting of student's pre-travel paperwork.

In addition, the ideal candidate will, when necessary, assist with the sales cycle, including but not limited to taking part in online sales sessions, communicating with interested parties, shepherding them through the process, and taking part in school visits and fairs. They will also provide ad hoc support for the successful delivery of the programs, including but not limited to collaborating with marketing, operations, and program management teams to carry out tasks and projects.

The role involves direct communication with internal staff and an ability to make and support business decisions confidently. Also, monitor student experiences throughout programs including assisting students with questions, concerns, and coordinating accommodations. Ensuring a smooth transition for prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

- Willingness to take initiative

- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills

- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and work on various projects simultaneously

- Experience living/studying abroad and foreign language fluency a plus

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel

- Ability to work autonomously

-Customer service orientation, with a commitment to providing exceptional support to students and families

- Academic experience preferred

- Ability to travel seasonally and work extended days/ hours as directed by program needs

- Capacity to provide field support for applicable programs
