Help manage and support the external imaging data for ingesting into the Electronic Medical Record. This includes support for Radiology and Cardiology imaging Validates imaging in the Electronic Medical Record system Completes necessary documentation amp; record keeping in the Electronic Medical Record, maintaining patient confidentiality Assists clinical staff and institutions by retrieving images to be viewed; mails images and maintains proper records Prepares and processes image data for research related requests Must be able to effectively and efficiently work as a team member, communicating with team to provide daily updates, work progress and road blocks Ensures patient confidentiality and proper documentation for medical imaging records Answers Imaging Informatics phone records and support line and properly process requests Process requests through email, voicemail, and internal ticketing system Supports exam corrections through select applications Other duties as required
