Business Services Specialist II

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our New York, NY office.

What the day will look like

As a Business Service Specialist your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the client service teams in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Drafting Shell Aon Client reports
  • Inputting information in databases
  • Pulling and collating benchmarking data.
  • Preparing invoice requests and applicable insurance premium tax worksheets.
  • Preparing and checking computations of appropriate insurance premium taxes.
  • Preparing invoice summaries.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 6 months of employment and take additional insurance courses (this will provided by us)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical abilities required.
  • Proficient in PC office products such as Word and Excel (intermediate to advanced preferred).
  • Strong organization skills required.
  • Meticulous and thorough
  • Team oriented self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control workflow deadlines and be flexible.
  • Be energetic/have a proven sense of urgency.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent experience

How we support our colleagues

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$68,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
