Leidos defense Systems Sector is seeking a talented Configuration Management Business Systems Analyst to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields. Leidos defense Systems provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Configuration Management Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analysis and evaluation of the Configuration Management (CM) group system data, metrics and issues, and the development of processes, procedures and recommendations to meet corporate, group and individual program requirements. Analyzes current technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified processes and procedures. Duties include coordinating with CM/DM team and engineering teams to provide metrics and reports regarding the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and the data therein. Other duties to include audit metrics reports for CM Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) and data pulls from PLM system use by the Program Management Office (PMO). Analyst will also be responsible for learning the PLM system and its requirements and effects on downstream systems in the overall Leidos engineering and manufacturing systems. The Business Systems Analyst may perform routine administrative and clerical support following established procedures and policies for data that is created from internal projects or supplied by the customer. Business Systems Analyst will work under moderate supervision of a Configuration Management (CM) lead. Business Systems Analyst will support tasks in a dynamic environment, working closely with the CM, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other teams to support products throughout their lifecycle. Business Systems Analyst will be expected to work on site for a minimum of 4+ days a week.

Basic Qualifications
* Education: This position requires a 4 year degree in a relevant applicable field and 1-2 years of prior relevant experience.
* Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
* Candidate must have working knowledge and experience in Business and Program Management principles and record types.
* Candidate must have working knowledge and experience in Microsoft SharePoint collaboration software.
* Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft office products (primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio experience is a plus)
* Candidate must be capable of performing in a collaborative engineering environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
* Candidate must have good organizational skills and be detail oriented.
* Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
* Working knowledge of or training in Microsoft Power BI or other analytics data visualization software
* Working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools. (Agile PLM, Oracle Agile, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, Siemens Teamcenter, Aras, etc.)
* The ability to understand bill of materials, technical documents, product drawings, schematics, diagrams, and specifications.

Pay Range:Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00
