JOB SUMMARY: This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the project management of clinical trials. Under the guidance of experienced project managers, the intern will assist in various aspects of clinical trial planning, document execution, program automation and process improvements. This internship offers valuable exposure to the clinical trial process and an opportunity to develop essential skills for a career in project management within the life sciences industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. * Support project management team to define, document and deliver consolidated, standard company processes. * Assist in the preparation and review of templates and process guidance. * Explore automation of processes using existing validate systems such as * Participate in integration activities, such as consolidation of learning tools and process improvements. * Support controlled document template updates and revisions to ensure and enhance standardization and consistency. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. * Support project managers in other administrative tasks and special projects as needed. * Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in life sciences, public health or related field
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSE/REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: * None
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: * Previous experience or coursework in clinical research/trial or project management preferred. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Expected Hourly Rate: $19.90-$25
