Job Description
The Printing Plant Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by coordinating files are enhanced to fit our print capabilities. By providing guidance and consultation to clients, the coordinator helps maintain strong client relationships and contributes to the overall success of the printing plant.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate graphic design and file delivery to meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Communicate with clients to understand their printing needs and provide guidance on design options.
- Assist in troubleshooting design/file related issues and implementing solutions.
- Coordinate with print management on capabilities to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the plant management staff.
- Coordinate and plan employee events for plant staff.
- Assist in company communications to plant staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in printing production or related industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of printing processes and capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
