We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented National Accounts Intern to join our team at our Marlton, NJ corporate office. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in national account management within a dynamic and global corporate environment.

Global Furniture Group is looking for a National Accounts Intern to support our National Accounts team. The selected candidate will work closely with the team and contribute to the execution of the overall strategic plans to support and grow the National Accounts business while developing a foundation of general business, relationship development, and indirect selling experience.

This internship will be for a duration of 8 weeks, from June 10, 2024, to August 2, 2024.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of account plans and strategies.
• Analyze sales and account performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and national account clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Provide timely updates and status reports on key account activities.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market development opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to national account management initiatives.

Education

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
