• Managing financial operations of multiple entities and developing internal control guidelines.
• Coordinating and directing budgeting, procurement, investment activities, and financial planning.

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of Controller or Accounting Manager experience with a proven track record of success in financial operation management is required.
• Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills.
• Must be able to communicate financial information into sound business language so people of all levels can understand.
• Possess a proactive 'can-do' mindset and adaptability to navigate challenges.
