Group Finance Technician, Finance Department (100% office based)
Candidates should be methodical with a strong attention to detail.
Group Finance Technician role:
- Authorise supplier invoices.
- Create and approve supplier payment runs.
- Create and approve ad hoc payments.
- Approve expenses.
- Timesheet approval and upload to payroll package.
- Day to day management of Company bank accounts.
- Management of customer direct debits.
- Complete P11ds, and upload to HMRC
- Customer credit management
- Ad hoc duties and responsibilities.
Essential skills:
- Previous experience of working in Finance is desirable (preferably 1+ years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Numerical competency.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Good keyboard skills.
AlertSystems offers:
- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
- £26,000 p.a. - £28,000 p.a.
- 23 days holiday per annum (increasing with length of service) + Bank Holidays + an extra day off for your birthday.
