We are seeking dedicated, results driven life insurance contractors to partner with us in safeguarding the lives of Americans through life insurance options.

*What you will do:*
* Handle incoming sales calls efficiently.
* Establish and nurture genuine, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
* Address client inquiries promptly.
* Personalize the experience for new customers by understanding their insurance needs, risk profile, goals, existing coverage, and financial situation.
* Maintain accurate electronic and paper records and keep all contracting paperwork up to date.

*What we are looking for:*
* 2+ years of individual life insurance sales, with a life license in good standing
* Must be Licensed in Florida (FL) & Texas (TX) being mandatory.
* Active E&O Insurance
* Ability to sell in multiple states
* Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
* A passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* High level of ownership, accountability and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
* Commitment to ongoing service, process, and efficiency improvements
* Comfortable managing client escalations and able to problem-solve creatively
* Must be tech savvy
*Requirements:*
* Computer (4k bench on the CPU 8gb ram, windows 10-11, 20 download and 20 download)
* High-speed internet
* Additional monitor
* Headset
