The Senior Pricing Analyst will also be responsible for implementing improvements in pricing by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends and supporting Revenue Operations management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Independently design and develop complex analytic models for use in analyzing Company pricing performance and strategic pricing opportunities • Apply predictive modeling to provide analytical insights and implications for current and future strategic decisions • Support Revenue Operations leadership by both developing and presenting analytical findings and recommendations, e.g., Executive Committee monthly updates; Directors' meetings and CFTF meetings • Drive the compilation and distribution of regular reporting to executives • Support Risk Management Group with ad hoc analysis • Assist with training new analysts that join the team • Create new and develop upon existing analytical models to price individual service and commercial contracts • Conduct spend analysis to determine pricing for commercial contract renewals • Increase productivity by proposing new analytics and automating models and applications • Utilize tools such as R, Python, SQL to create process improvements and automations • Perform analysis and investigate relationships between key variables including Reps, Price Realization, GP% and sales growth • Drive improvement by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends and recommending pricing/performance actions • Support KSEA marketing teams throughout the year to better understand pricing impact within their areas • Support the 3rd party distribution business pricing and operations • Create and manage process flow improvements across all pricing processes • Travel up to 10% REQUIREMENTS Our successful candidate will have excellent written and spoken English language business communication skills. They will also have demonstrated success working in a collaborative, service-oriented team environment.
