• Processing leaves of absence and paid-time-off paperwork.
• Managing PMFLA and FMLA. Manging Workers Compensation
• Signing up employees with their benefits.

• Adjusting existing benefit plans as needed.Auditing benefit enrollment reports for accuracy.
• Leading the benefit audits including the 401K and 403b
• Serves as the subject matter expert for Federal and State leave programs
• Manage monthly payroll reconciliation in absence of Payroll Manager

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years' experience in Benefits and Leave Management
• Proficient in ADP Workforce
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
