We’re currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join us at Bridgwater. This is a really exciting time to join. Bridgwater is soon to be one of our flagship centres, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the centres success.  

This isn’t your average centre; it will be upgraded with the latest facilities to lead the way in providing a first-class customer experience and a great working environment. Working alongside the Centre Manager, to provide productive management and leadership and driving profitability. 

With a firm focus on the customer journey, the centre team will be around 15, including a workshop controller, skilled technicians, and customer services advisors, to deliver a seamless experience.  

To be a success in this role: 

You’ll have the desire to help drive business performance, be passionate about the customer experience, and looking for a long-term career with excellent progression and training schemes. Technical experience is not essential.  

•          £28,881- £34,237 per annum 

•         Average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year (with potential to earn more) 

•          5 days a week

Skills and experience:

  • Experience / Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effect management 

  • Experience / Ability to deliver coaching/training in moment to colleagues 

  • Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety 

  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and written 

  • IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems 

  • Good time management 

  • A current valid driving licence
