Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
  • Experience in Derivatives and Hedge Accounting (ASC815), Foreign Currency (ASC830) and Investments (ASC320).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Experience using hedging and investment systems such as SAP/Oracle/TMS.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well-reasoned and timely decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You'll lead an accounting process from end-to-end. Other responsibilities include reconciling balance sheets and P&L accounts, and providing supplementary financial information for internal and external reports.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$145,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Participate in monthly and quarterly close related activities including derivatives and hedging, borrowings/debt, functional currency, cash and investments such as internal and external financial reporting process.
  • Participate in treasury systems implementation and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure treasury controllership objectives are met.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders such as engineering, SOX and internal audit and drive results oriented coordination.
  • Manage and drive compliance of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, particularly for manual controls, systems controls and Information Produced by Entity (IPE) for the treasury accounting team.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives from time to time, including planning and execution with treasury and other stakeholders.
