What the day will look like

The Operations Manager will report to the National Health Operations Leader and will have 2 direct reports. You will be responsible for delivering optimal results through the successful deployment and execution of initiatives that support U.S. Health Strategies (e.g., implementation of Operating Model, executing Digitization opportunities, Cash Management compliance, training and education).

How this opportunity is different

You will play a key role in helping Health Solutions to optimize operations, allocate resources appropriately, and grow PTI. You will need to develop a detailed knowledge of the business and Aon's internal processes and procedures to drive the organization to higher level of efficiency and performance.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 -10 years of finance and/or operational experience
  • Ability to implement and manage financial controls
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Aptitude to understand key drivers of profitability and operational performance
  • Proficient in MS Office and Pivot Tables
  • Able to work in a complex global matrix environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong project management skills

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is [$80,500 to $115,000] annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive [an annual discretionary bonus] [production incentives] in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
