• Executing assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing processes.
• Preparing 8-K, 10-K and 10-Q schedules for public company filings.
• Assisting in the development and organization of financial statements, reports, and budget preparation, timely and accurately
• Preparing monthly account reconciliations and journal entries
• Balancing and maintaining subsidiary accounts by allocating, posting, verifying, and reconciling accounts receivable and payable.
• Play an important part in the organization's financial management which involves all record reconciliations and reporting to essential parties.
• Collect evidence and assistance for both internal and external auditors during quarterly and annual audits.
• Working closely with other functional areas and business management to resolve issues and support the achievement of business goals.

• SEC reporting experience required
• Experience working in Workiva reporting software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldrequired.
• Certifications (such as CMA or CPA) and public accounting experience (Big 4) will be a bonus.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial accounting statements, and business trends.
• Adequate experience with accounting software packages and MS Office; Excel, Word, Access, etc.
