Pay Range: $65,000-$95,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

  • Manage staff and senior accountants and oversee the daily operations of Inventory Control within the accounting department.
  • Direct, train, and oversee the technical and career development of staff to ensure operational excellence is continually met.
  • Implement, monitor and enhance accounting procedures and internal controls.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments on business objectives.
  • Supervise the analysis and resolution of daily stock variances, including reviewing and preparing monthly reports.
  • Lead the effort to resolve transaction errors daily.
  • Coordinate periodic cycle and annual physical counts.
  • Review prepared month-end reports used by the Inventory Control team for reconciliation and analysis.
  • Participate in cycle count audits and physical inventories at locations throughout the network.
  • Review the creation of items for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist in hiring and ensure alignment with accounting talent strategies.
  • Prepare and review documentation to assist internal and external auditors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • 4 years of relevant experience.
  • CPA license/CPA candidate is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Travel, evening and weekend work may be required.
