Job Description

This role will manage and drive collaboration across LAC by playing a key role in managing and executing Finance initiatives and processes to drive insights to leadership team regarding LAC’s strategies and plans based on company trends, business opportunities, and activity assessment. The position is responsible for planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for some LAC teams and provides detailed financial monthly reports and analysis to management to enable business decision making. The position ensures that requisitions, receiving and end-of-month processes are accurate and in compliance with established procurement procedures. The Analyst works closely with regional FBPs teams to ensure alignment and achieve synergy of opportunities and objectives.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
-Excellent business acumen and attention to detail and keen sense for accuracy
-Outstanding modeling, analytical and quantitative skills, able to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses
-Demonstrated understanding of financial indicators to measure business performance and an ability to summarize business and financial data in a useful manner for planning and decision-making
-Exceptional report modeling and data management skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data and organize in a logical and efficient manner
-Demonstrated leadership capabilities to drive change management
-Proven ability to lead projects with efficiency, professionalism and with demonstrated trouble shooting/problem solving skills
-Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and produce and coordinate time sensitive deliverables within a fast-paced and dynamic environment with excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
-Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate results with multiple audiences
-Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 83,300.00 to 117,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
