Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Investor Relations, the Manager of Investor Relations and Corporate Finance is responsible for supporting the quarterly earnings process, developing and managing relationships with investors and the sell-side analyst community to ensure Altice USA is effectively positioned with current and potential equity and debt investors and analysts to expand the shareholder base, and set expectations for future performance. This role will also assist M&A projects as well as capital raising and debt refinancing activities and will help guide strategic financial decision or the company.

This a highly visible role on a small Investor Relations team with cross functional collaboration across teams in corporate finance, data analytics, communications, and other business segments.

Responsibilities
  • Support quarterly earnings process and in the preparation of analyst and investor conference call materials, scripts, press releases, presentations and other financial information
  • Development, implement, and communicate a proactive investor engagement strategy that ensure Altice USA's business strategy is understood by the investor community
  • Support the planning, logistics and execution of investor events such as conferences, NDRs, and investor days
  • Prepare reference materials for executive leadership participating in investor meetings and conferences
  • Support the modeling of Altice USA's capital position and profile through quantitative analysis of capital generation and deployment, and strategic impact of new business opportunities
  • Support in M&A, capital raising, and other corporate finance processes as needed
  • Analyze sell-side research reports, provide insights, and maintain detailed database of consensus estimates
  • Compile and maintain company and peer benchmarking analysis of valuation, financial and operational metrics, including peer-company earnings reviews
  • Conduct targeted research by analyzing and summarizing financial as well as operational information about industry, company, and competitors
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of industry experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research,Investor Relations or Corporate Finance
  • Understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, financial modeling, and strong business acumen
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to, collaborate with, and build effective business partnerships at senior levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00-$150,000/ year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
