As a Revenue Cycle Product Owner, you will have an exciting and vital role in translating and crafting software features and requirements that cater to the unique needs of healthcare workflow in revenue cycle. Working closely with operational consultants, you will ensure that our products are designed with the end users in mind. Harnessing your extensive knowledge in revenue cycle operations, you will truly be a leader within our Scrum team, utilizing your analytical skills to tackle complex problems head-on. Your responsibilities will also extend to prioritizing, planning, and overseeing the development of product features, providing training programs to our clients, and taking charge of matters relating to quality assurance and technical support.

About the role:

• Write and define software features, stories, and requirements to enhance Rev Cycle workflows in hospital and healthcare provider organizations.
• Collaborate closely with operational consultants to integrate and align software functionalities.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage the development of product features.
• Work together with the development team to enhance coding
• Showcase your exceptional understanding of revenue cycle operations in a hospital setting.
• Investigate and resolve quality assurance matters promptly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer needs while maintaining a balanced approach
• Be responsible for managing the backlog of software features and user stories.
• Provide detailed reports on common technical issues or answer questions relating to the software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Prior experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Patient Access workflows and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for enhancing the patient experience and improving healthcare processes.

The salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $149,000 and is a hybrid role in our San Diego office.
