EisnerAmper is seeking an Automation & Operations Function Lead as a direct report to the Head of Business Enablement within our Technology Organization. This individual will work closely as a liaison with functional line leaders, subject matter experts and technology teams across HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Operations to build a technology enhancement portfolio and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and productivity. The individual will be responsible for creating and prioritizing the automation roadmap and managing the technology budget for all intelligent automation initiatives.


We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and solution-focused individual that can partner and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. This role can be based in NJ or NY with the expectation of collaborating with the team in the office.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the unique business problems and challenges faced by our organization and determine how automation can address them.

  • Research and analyze market trends, industry best practices, and technological advancements to stay updated on emerging automation solutions and their potential applications.

  • Influence senior leadership and key stakeholders by presenting compelling arguments and insights, demonstrating how the adoption of automation solutions can drive business transformation and create a competitive advantage.

  • Perform Automation Assessments across all functions to identify processes suitable for Automation to enhance personnel productivity, streamline operations, and drive cost efficiencies across the firm.

  • Develop strategic recommendations and business cases for implementing identified automation solutions, outlining potential benefits, risks, and implementation plans.

  • Prioritize pipeline to deliver automation in a cost-effective manner and against business requirements.

  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to implement and integrate selected automation solutions into the existing technology landscape of the organization.

  • Ensure benefits are defined and realized in line with defined automation business cases.

  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to internal teams regarding the effective adoption, utilization, and governance of automation technologies.

  • Manage a talented team of individuals to identify opportunities for optimization, define and prioritize the product backlog and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to guide continuous improvement.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration.

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in technology evaluation, strategic planning, and/or business transformation roles.

  • Proven experience in evaluating and implementing automation solutions (RPA- Automation Anywhere, Alteryx, DataSnipper) and their application within the accounting, tax, and business advisory sector.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with a wide range of emerging technologies and trends, such as generative AI, machine learning, natural language processing, robotic process automation, data analytics, and cloud computing.

  • Experience working in or with accounting, tax, and business advisory organizations is highly desirable.

  • Advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions in complex business environments.

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between

120000

and

200000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
