Position Summary: 

Utilizing the electronic invoice queues, ensure that all invoices are uploaded to the system and flow through the proper channels for coding and approval.  Verify that all invoices, check requests, and expense reports are correctly coded, as to cost center and sub account, and are appropriate expenses for the organization.  Confirm that all check requests and expense reports contain proper documentation.  Monitor invoice payment and respond to inquiries by both external vendors and internal leaders.

·         High School graduate.

·         1 to 2 years of recent accounts payable experience.

·         Must be proficient in communication skills

·         able to deal with the general public

·         good problem solving skills.  

·         Must be detail oriented while being able to work efficiently and accurately

·         Must have an aptitude for working with personal computers and some experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word & Excel.
