Job Description Overview

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Client Success Manager!

The Enterprise Client Success Manager (ECSM) reports directly to the Enterprise Program Manager. The ECSM will be responsible for managing the success of the specified account relationship during the term of the Master Agreement. The ECSM works closely with the client purchasing and IT staff for successful pre-sales delivery, cultivating and qualifying business requirements while consulting with internal KM team members to insure mutual Master Agreement objectives are met.

The ECSM will be the champion for Konica Minolta and the client in all aspects of the client journey during the term of the contract combining exceptional skills in building rapport and relationships with client stakeholders, providing product and service knowledge while managing sales expectations and process.

***Please note although this role is remote, you must reside in NJ as occasional onsite client visits will be required***


Responsibilities

  • To be the Konica Minolta champion and quarterback for the specified client account based on the parameters of the executed Master Agreement
  • To act as the client sales interface and proactively manage Master Agreement sales execution and processes including: assessment/s, current state to future state analysis and recommendations, preparation of sales presentations, meeting material, price quotes, orders, quarterly review and necessary documentation as required
  • Maintains an in-depth understanding of Konica Minolta capabilities and services and effectively communicates all offerings to the client based on the Master Agreement
  • The utilization of a consultative approach during the client requirement discovery phase to understand client's business needs and offer recommendations to help them best meet their goals based on contracted solutions within the Master Agreement
  • Proactively uncover potential new opportunities within the account
  • Be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing continuous improvement
  • Provide, as required, support with post sales activities including but not limited to: client education and training, development of reports for quarterly reviews etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of client account management experience in enterprise client accounts preferably within Konica Minolta
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Understanding and experience in managed print and document management industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Impeccable verbal, written communication, presentation and articulation skills with attention to detail
  • Natural relationship and rapport builder with ability to influence cross-functional teams and individuals without direct authority
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to respond well to time pressures and deadlines
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, but also a creative problem solver and innovator
  • Ability to prioritize and triage competing priorities and maintain focus on successful completion of tasks at hand
  • Good balance between a short term and longer-term strategic thinking that advance the client engagement towards meeting year over year goals
