Description

Dometic UK Ltd are looking to recruit a driven and enthusiastic person to join our Aftermarket Internal Sales team. The role will be based in Blandford Forum, Dorset. Internal Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Area Sales Executive to ensure our customers receive an outstanding level of service, which focuses on relationship building and excellent communication in order to achieve and potentially exceed monthly / quarterly / yearly targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Daily tasks will involve the careful management of emails which in turn will contain orders for processing, end to end order tracking, pricing requests and queries or complaints
  • The telephone calls will be answered quickly and efficiently and outgoing proactive call made to warm / hot leads
  • Create and manage the back / forward reports
  • Order entry
  • Support in person at industry shows / exibitions (x2 per year)
  • The post-holder may be asked to take on different tasks as required and all employees are expected to work collaboratively to support the overall goals of Dometic.
  • To be responsible for your own health and safety and be aware of other's health and safety in the workplace.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications and Experience

We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Experience and proven proactive approach working in a sales or customer service environment (telephone based an advantage)
  • Experience of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP software, desirable
  • Experience in achieving targets
  • Experience in administering accounts, desirable
  • High level of numeracy
  • Very good standard of written and spoken English
