Staffmark is currently hiring for multiple positions at a Food Manufacturing Plant located in Wheeling, IL, offering exciting opportunities for individuals seeking to join a dynamic team in a thriving industry.


Pay: $18-$20/hr


Shift hours:

  • 12-hour rotating shifts, with work required every other weekend
  • 6:00 am to 6:30 pm
  • 6:00 pm to 6:30 am


Responsibilities for Production Line Workers include conducting quality control checks on labels, bottle caps, and/or packaging based on the assigned production line, as well as preparing boxes by filling them with products and building pallets of finished products.


Candidates must have at least 3 months of recent experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or retail settings. They should be able to lift 40 - 50 pounds throughout the shift, stand for the full 12-hour shift, and perform bending, stretching, and twisting as necessary. Candidates must also be willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including a mask, ear plugs, eye goggles, hair/beard net, smocks, and steel-toe shoes or boots. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
