The Role You Will Be Responsible For Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting. Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing. Ensuring timely reporting of all monthly financial information. Managing internal and external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual statutory audits. Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements. Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience in an Accounting Manager or Bookkeeper role, ideally within the HR Tech industry. You are a strong networker and relationship builder. You are a strong team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders. You are a mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams. What's on Offer?
