In today’s world, no one has time to sit and read lengthy instructions or pages full of information. The emphasis is placed instead on convenience and efficiency. Individuals, be they students or professionals, are busier than ever. They have more on their plate than they ever have before. Students, for example, tend to be taking more credit hours, working more hours, and spending more time on extracurricular activities than in the past. They don’t have the time or desire to spend their precious free time on anything that is less than compelling. Professionals are in the same boat: today’s professional works more hours than in the past, in part thanks to the ever-changing methods of communication.
