GEC Europe College and University Recruiting Conference in Brussels for Global Employers

Brussels, BelgiumOne of the most significant changes that I’ve seen in just the past few years has been the growth in the number of employers who are coordinating and even centralizing their university relations recruiting functions.

College Recruiter moderated a discussion on this very topic at the National Association of Colleges and Employers annual conference this past June. Integration creates its own challenges as each country has its own legal requirements, cultural norms, and other challenges.

This video is an excerpt of a one-hour panel discussion at the National Association of Colleges and Employers 2015 annual conference in Anaheim, California.
