How scaling interviews by humans helps high-volume hiring

Historically, humans worked for ourselves, families, or neighbors. We didn’t apply to jobs because we already knew our employers and they knew us.

Today, employers are buried under mountains of digital applications. Instead of fixing the problem, we’ve largely opted for technical patches that dehumanize hiring and create barriers between those hiring and being interviewed.

Recruiters can then focus on interviewing only the qualified, which allows that to happen far faster and that leads to far better application-to-hire rates, which massively decreases the costs of hiring.
