Creating a homebase for your employees will make new hires more excited about being a part of the company culture. You can also create a fun company culture on Slack by sharing gifs, fun images or videos!
2. Use regular feedback surveys to gauge how your employees handle remote work and operations. Allowing staff to be more transparent about company operations will give them more control and autonomy over the work they are doing. It is important for staff to care about the culture they are working within, and allowing transparent feedback does just that.
3. Be transparent about company security and safety. Working remotely offers numerous challenges, including maintaining cybersecurity and safety. From the very beginning, employers should be educating their employees about the security protocols they have in place for remote workers. This will make new employees feel safer and more confident about their work.
