National grocer utilized integrated media and PR campaign to drive traffic to a virtual hiring event to interact live with candidates nationwide. Virtual event saw over 400 attendees, who were well-educated (86% with at least some college) and experienced (83% with 3+ years relevant experience). Feedback from the event host was extremely positive and the event was deemed a success.

Global pharmaceutical company employed a highly focused media strategy to invite highly qualified candidates to a niche virtual career fair. Virtual event was used a way to pre-qualify and invite candidates to a high touch in-person event. Virtual fair included over 275 candidates engaged in over 750 chats, resulting in at least 9 interviews and 5 hires.
