Jamara Cheek Joins College Recruiter as National Account Manager, Government Sales

From 2008 through 2014, Jamara was the metro area manager of the Minnesota Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC). Jamara comes to College Recruiter with a wealth of experience helping small- and medium-sized organizations win more business from federal, state, and local government agencies by providing hands-on coaching and technical assistance for registrations, certifications, bid/proposal development, GSA Multiple Award Schedule contracts, invoicing, subcontracting, and networking within the government. In that role, Jamara developed expertise in:

• Pursuing government agency contracts (federal, state, and local)
• Development and implementation of (government focused) marketing and sales strategies
• Writing capability statements and proposals
• Responding to Requests for Quotes (RFQ)

• Professional administrative services
