Mike Vogel of Shaker Recruitment Advertising & Communications leads a team which produces and promotes Virtual Career Fairs from start to finish. They work to identify ideal hosts for these virtual hiring events and forge partnerships with major media organizations, world-class associations and top employers alike. Mike is responsible for directing the planing of live virtual events, organizing exhibitor booths, providing a marketing plan for the targeted promotion of the event, including the targeted use of Social Media to promote the events virally. His team also provides training for exhibitors and technical support throughout to recruiters and candidates alike.

Each of the three #truCollegeRecruiter events are aimed at corporate recruiters and other talent acquisition leaders who are involved in the hiring of college and university students and recent graduates as well as complementary technology developers and vendors.
